A labour of love, this Franschhoek Cap Classique is our Cellar Master’s favourite family member.
Takuan von Arnim was inspired by the Le Mesnil-sur-Oger region in the Côte des Blancs, France. A pursuit of perfection. Time on the lees is as long as possible for our Blanc de Blancs! It is an expression of passion.

Created in the traditional French method of bottle fermentation or ‘Méthode Cap Classique’. Enjoy fresh lime and orange characteristics with hints of oak on the nose. The extended maturation period 108 months ensures a soft, complex palate and a fine mousse.
