About this wine

An ode to Chardonnay, a varietal for which we live and breathe.
We searched and dreamt of the perfect vineyard and harvest. The journey lasted two years, and the epic year of 2020 marked the maiden release. The Chardonnay Unwooded brings our interest for unwooded wines full circle, a celebration of Chardonnay and the versatility of this varietal in the Haute Cabrière range.
