About this wine

A refreshing take on Chardonnay which will convert Chenin and Sauvignon drinkers.

The seed was planted to explore a fresh, unwooded Chardonnay - however the perfect vines needed to be identified. We searched for two years, and were brimming with excitement in 2020 when we released the maiden vintage. The Chardonnay Unwooded brings our interest for unwooded wines full circle, a celebration of Chardonnay and the versatility of this varietal in the Haute Cabrière range.
