In Haute Cabrière's sun-kissed vineyards and underground mountain cellar, tradition meets innovation, establishing a legacy that spans three decades under the guiding hands of three cellar masters. The Heritage 30 Réserve was crafted in honour of this journey and celebrates 30 years of the iconic, pioneering Haute Cabrière Chardonnay Pinot Noir. To mark the 30th anniversary of the maiden release, Cellar Master, Tim Hoek, crafted the Heritage 30 Réserve to embody our spirit of exploration. Grapes picked from Franschhoek vines were blended in the field before simultaneous-fermentation in clay amphorae, resulting in a layered palete and storied Chardonnay Pinot Noir Field Blend.
