HAUTE CABRIèRE Shipping policy

Shipping is currently only available in South Africa.
All orders containing wine will be shipped in line with South Africa’s COVID-19 Lockdown Restrictions.

Areas included in this shipping option: Cape Town, Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl and Somerset West.

Estimated delivery time for orders once proof of payment has been received ranges from 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery of orders for areas outside the above region will be fulfilled by a third party contractor, MDS Collivery (support@collivery.co.za).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on a flat rate of R99 for national shipping.

Estimated delivery time for orders delivered within the Republic of South Africa ranges from 5 to 10 working days.

If delivery is not accepted by the Customer, consignee or party nominated by the Customer at the appropriate time and place, the third-party courier will be entitled to store the goods at the expense of the Customer.

All shipping fees are indicated in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT.

We will process and ship your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time for orders delivered within the Republic of South Africa ranges from 5 to 10 working days.

If an item you have ordered is no longer available, we will contact you with the option of a replacement item or a refund.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and must be in the same condition that it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Sale items
Opened or used items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

There are certain situations where no refund or only a partial refund is granted:
Any item that is damaged, is missing parts or is not in its original condition through no fault of Haute Cabrière
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, you will be notified and your refund will be processed via electronic bank transfer.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Returning or Exchanging Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will look into the return.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will look into the return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning items worth over R3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items and cannot be held liable for return items lost in transit.
