As with our approach to wine, our food philosophy centres on moments to be enjoyed together.
We believe that coming together around the table, as family always has, is a celebration of life, stories, togetherness and of course, wonderful food and wine. Join us as part of our family and eat, drink and chat on our sun-soaked
restaurant terrace in Franschhoek. Our menus are inspired by classic French dishes with a twist – combining local ingredients and the von Arnim family’s love of innovation.

Enjoy a glass of Franschhoek Cap Classique while getting ready for a relaxing Saturday.
R100pp. deposit is required to secure a breakfast reservation. Guests have 24hrs to make payment and must cancel 48hrs prior to the booking date to receive a refund.

MONDAY - SUNDAY from 12PM – 3:30pm
Our chefs share their fresh take on French cuisine with South African flair using beautiful, seasonal ingredients.
R200pp. deposit is required to secure a lunch reservation. Guests have 24hrs to make payment and must cancel 48hrs prior to the booking date to receive a refund.


OPEN DAILY FROM 10AM - 5PM
Freshly baked every day, enjoy our breads, pastries and arguably the best pastéis de nata in the valley. A fresh selection of cold beverages, coffees and teas are also available.
No reservation is required – we allocate tables as they become available.

Sunday, 11;30 - 3pm
Delectable small plates are made for sharing while another glass of wine is poured and another story is told.

SPECIAL DINNER EVENT | FROM 6pm
