The demand for sweeter traditional Cap Classique wines has been steadily growing in South Africa, appealing to both seasoned enthusiasts and those new to the world of fine sparkling wines. The slightly sweeter style enhances fruit-driven aromas and creates a softer, more indulgent drinking experience. With Pierre Jourdan Silk Nectar, Haute Cabrière continues to listen to its audience, creating wines that people truly love to drink.
Aged on the lees for 18 months, our Silk Nectar is a celebration of sensory indulgence—fresh citrus bursts onto the palate where it meets rich honeycomb, all culminating in a silky, luxurious finish.
