Summer is still in the air and we’re not ready to let go of the holidays yet!
There is still plenty of time to soak up the sunshine, indulge in delicious food, enjoy some al-fresco dining and picnics, and share a bottle (or two, or three!) of Haute Cabrière. From family get-togethers to lazy summer days spent by the pool, Haute Cabrière has the perfect wine for every occasion.
This crowd-pleaser is a celebration of the von Arnim family’s enduring love affair with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Paying tribute to both varietals, it’s a fresh and vibrant blend with tropical fruit, red berries and lime on the nose and palate. It’s absolutely perfect paired with sunshine, the pool or a shady spot in the garden on a hot day.
2.Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Rosé
Nothing says summer like a perfectly chilled glass of blush pink wine. Our elegantly dry Rosé offers hints of strawberries and rose petals on the nose – the true scent of summer. It pairs well with cold dishes like salmon, oysters and sushi, but it’s also perfect to sip on its own. A great bottle to take to a lunch or braai, if you’re not sure what’s being served and need a wine that works well with everything.
3.Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Unwooded
An unwooded Pinot Noir is an excellent summer wine for those who actually prefer red. Served slightly chilled, it’s light and elegant and won’t feel out of place on a hot day. This wine pairs well with seared tuna, duck and charcuterie, making it the perfect wine for long summer afternoons and sunset snacking sessions.
The last day of work, the first day of your holiday, the longed-for family reunion – the festive season is a non-stop celebration and our elegantly dry Brut Cap Classique is the perfect “pop” for those happy moments. A classic blend of Chardonnay, made the traditional way, this Cap Classique is a festive must-have.
Celebrate the sweeter moments with our Belle Rose Cap Classique, a festive favourite. This Pinot Noir has hints of rich strawberry and cherry flavours and although dry, a slightly more fruity palate. Enjoy it paired with a cheese plate or an al fresco lunch. It makes for an excellent gift, so stock up on a case or two to ensure you always have something delicious to take along to impromptu gatherings.
